Terms and Conditions: Accepted Payment Methods for Car Repairs

2.2. Cheques are not accepted unless prior written approval is obtained from the Workshop management.

3. Payment Timing
3.1. Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the repair or service work unless a prior written agreement for deferred payment has been established.
3.2. Vehicles will not be released to the Customer until payment has been made in full and funds have cleared (see separate Terms and Conditions on Payment Terms).

4. Additional Fees
4.1. Payments made via credit card or other electronic methods may incur a processing fee of 2.5%, which will be added to the final invoice and disclosed to the Customer prior to payment.
4.2. Bank transfer payments must include any associated transfer fees to ensure the full invoiced amount is received by the Workshop.

6.1. If a payment is declined or fails to process (e.g., insufficient funds, card rejection), the Customer must provide an alternative payment method immediately.

7.1. A detailed invoice will be provided to the Customer upon completion of the work, outlining the cost of parts, labuor, and any additional fees.

8.1. Refunds, if applicable (e.g., for overpayment or canceled services), will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
