2. Prohibition of On-Site Waiting
2.1. For safety, operational efficiency, and insurance purposes, customers are not permitted to remain on the Workshop premises while work is being performed on their vehicle.
2.2. The Workshop operates as a controlled environment, and unauthorised presence may pose risks to the Customer, staff, or the quality of work being conducted.
2.3. Customers are required to drop off their vehicle at the agreed-upon time and arrange for pickup once the work is completed, as notified by the Workshop.

4.1. The Customer must arrange a suitable time with the Workshop for vehicle drop-off and pickup.
4.2. The Workshop will notify the Customer by phone, email, or other agreed-upon method when the vehicle is ready for collection.

5.1. The Workshop is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises by the Customer or for any inconvenience caused by the enforcement of this no-waiting policy.
5.2. Customers who attempt to remain on-site without permission may be asked to leave immediately, and refusal to comply may result in the Workshop declining to perform or continue services.
