Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp

Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp are both operated by META. META restrict businesses replying to messages and message replies to within 24 hours of the message being sent. If you send a message at a weekend, on a bank holiday or when I'm away on holiday I will be unable to reply to it therefore please only use this option during our normal business hours.


I can receive WhatsApp messages at the workshop during normal business hours only using my WhatsApp Business account on either of the following numbers. WhatsApp messages received outside of normal business hours will not be transferred to the workshop and I will not be notified of them.

I can also receive Facebook Messenger messages at the workshop using my Facebook Business account. These messages are transferred to my customer support system where they can be better managed. Click the link below to be transferred to our Facebook Messenger page.

Please do not send business-related messages or attempt voice or video calls to my personal Facebook or WhatsApp accounts. These will be ignored and the sender will be blocked.
